What The Day Will Look Like
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, capability gaps, and operational pain points, and translate these into solution requirements and implementation plans
- Partner with leaders and managers to define scope, objectives, success measures, and target user groups for new or enhanced business solutions
- Design implementation plans that align solutions with broader business strategy, including timelines, rollout approach, markets, and impacted teams
- Use business and operational data (usage, adoption, performance metrics, feedback) to identify risks, inform decisions, and recommend adjustments during implementation
- Define and document business requirements for systems and processes so that technology, workflows, and reporting support effective solution rollout
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities (business units, technology, operations, risk, and support teams) to ensure all components of the solution are ready for launch
- Support change management by identifying stakeholder impacts, preparing leaders and end‑users for change, and guiding them through transition
- Develop and refine deployment processes and playbooks to standardize how solutions are rolled out across regions, segments, and business units
- Translate stakeholder and end‑user feedback into concrete improvement actions for processes, capabilities, and user experience
- Prepare clear, business‑focused communications that position solutions in the context of strategic objectives and expected business outcomes
- Track and report on key business metrics for implementations (adoption, usage, service levels, cost, ROI indicators) to demonstrate impact and inform prioritization
- Contribute to broader transformation and innovation initiatives by identifying gaps in current capabilities, proposing new solutions, and sharing implementation learnings across the organization

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related business discipline;
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Organisational skills, including strong planning and project management skills
- Ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with asking questions and making decisions autonomously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint
- Can manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and provide insights with that data.
- Previous experience working with remote teams / team members, ideally in an international setting (i.e: Across multiple countries).
