Job Description

• Conducts routine inspections of kitchen areas, restaurants, bars, receiving areas, food storage facilities, bottling room, employee facilities, and other HACCP-covered areas, conducts food safety monitoring and compliance checks, and monitors compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, sanitation, and allergen management.
• Maintains, reviews, organizes, and verifies HACCP records, monitors completion and accuracy of HACCP monitoring, and prepares hygiene-related reports, summaries, presentations, and documentation.
• Assists in the implementation of food, environmental, and other microbiological sampling programs, conducts daily bottled water sample collection, investigates foreign object complaints, and monitors food deliveries and receiving activities to ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
  
  

• Graduate of a degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Technology, or any related field is an asset.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in quality assurance, HACCP, and manufacturing is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, service-oriented, and a keen sense of detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft applications.
