Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Process Optimization Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for a cloud-based HRIS platform, driving digital transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across HR operations.

This role focuses on enhancing HR processes through system configuration, automation, data-driven insights, and improved user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams, managers, employees, and regional stakeholders to maximize the value of HR technology and ensure effective adoption of digital HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The HRIS & Process Optimization Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for the organization’s HRIS platform, providing guidance on system capabilities, configuration, and best practices. The role includes supporting system enhancements, workflow improvements, and continuous optimization of HR modules to improve efficiency and user experience.

The position is responsible for identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, and digitize HR processes while ensuring alignment with governance standards. This includes maintaining system configurations, user access, security settings, and data structures, as well as supporting testing and resolution of system-related issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The role also involves translating business requirements into structured workflows, standard operating procedures, and user-friendly system solutions. The successful candidate will review existing HR processes and recommend opportunities for standardization, automation, and improvement within a digital HR environment.

In addition, the HRIS & Process Optimization Specialist will support change management and user adoption activities by developing training materials, user guides, communication content, and knowledge resources. The role requires close collaboration with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements and process changes.

The position also includes responsibility for HR reporting and analytics, including the development of dashboards and reports to support decision-making. The specialist will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR governance, privacy, and quality standards.

Furthermore, the role will support affiliate and regional HRIS initiatives by assisting with system implementation, configuration, process design, and adoption activities. The successful candidate will share best practices across teams and contribute to continuous improvement across the HRIS landscape.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate has experience working with cloud-based HRIS platforms, with exposure to system administration, configuration, or HR process optimization. Experience with platforms such as HiBob or similar HR systems is preferred.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities, along with experience in process improvement, workflow design, and system-driven HR transformation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and international environments. Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and data analysis is also important.

The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong knowledge of data governance, HR compliance standards, and system security practices is an advantage.
