As The HR Business Partner Specialist collaborates with the HRBP team to enhance the employee experience through HR services, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, talent engagement, and retention, while also contributing to initiatives that improve overall organizational effectiveness and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with APC Human Resources to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
HR Operations
Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and employee discipline process in compliance with labor laws and organizational policies including cascades
Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Asset Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55000 Standards.
Reports Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/ committees-in-charge.
Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies. Maintains availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL.
To Succeed In This Role, We Need Someone Who
Focuses on Talent Retention:
Has background on Total Rewards and Compensation initiatives.
Can lead the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences for all team members.
Has a strong background in handling employee relations, labor law compliance, and administrative cases.
Has advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong data management skills.
Prior experience or strong familiarity with personnel budget management is highly preferred.
What You Will Need
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any 4-year course ; 2-year course can be considered if there is a relevant experience
At least 2 years experience in human resources
