Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Support professional to assist with HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, and compliance monitoring.

This role ensures that HR processes are properly implemented, documentation is complete and organized, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists are consistently followedparticularly when coordinating with third-party HR consultants.

This opportunity is ideal for a junior to mid-level HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured and compliance-driven HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Support HR operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Monitor and verify compliance with SOP checklists used by third-party HR consultants.
  • Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation (both digital and physical).
  • Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of HR-related information.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, trackers, and records.
  • Support compliance with internal recruitment guidelines and hiring procedures.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees or consultants.
  • Ensure onboarding requirements such as documentation, system access, and orientation schedules are completed on time.
  • Support smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Training & Development Support

  • Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Track training attendance and maintain related documentation.
  • Ensure training activities align with HR policies and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

Previous experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, or HR compliance is preferred.

Suitable for junior to mid-level HR professionals.

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with HR processes and compliance-driven environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and checklists accurately.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
