Supporting the production of accurate data information to generate business insights that helps to make informed and nuanced decisions. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, performs ad hoc and routine data audits. Identifying data gaps and quality issues, collaborates and partners with relevant stakeholders to rectify and resolve.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting data quality and improvement initiatives facilitating credible data collection and integrity for service delivery within HR function.
  • Promoting and maintaining investigating data integrity within all HR Systems and work with appropriate groups for required resolutions.
  • Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors across the HR team by providing support and advice on HR processes relating to collection and recording of employee data within HR systems.
  • Ensuring that data and information is handled in accordance with all data privacy compliance requirements - legislative and policy.
  • Preparing specific reports from the HR systems that involve pay and grade related information, performance data and other statistical information as required by the business.
  • Helping improve and maintain education on data privacy awareness and concerns.
  • Managing and maintaining a regular process of data auditing to ensure the accuracy of HR information is maintained within the HR Systems.
  • Extracting and integrating data from various systems to draw out insight.
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are documented and maintained consistently including touch points/interactions with all stakeholders and business support functions.
  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Able to extract and manipulate data sets and analyze and present data that provides insight using story-telling and visual design techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Able to work with and without integrated systems and extract and consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to prioritize activities with minimal supervision.
  • Creative and able to present rationale to others.
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, complex IF statements, array formulas, pivot tables and conditional formatting.
  • Technology skills with business intelligence and data analytics tools. Specifically: Oracle BI Publisher, Microsoft Power BI, Excel.
  • Technology skills with enterprise software applications used in the HR Domain. Specifically: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM including Oracle BI tools, Oracle Taleo.
  • Familiarity with the HR domain such as policies and processes, statutory and regulatory requirements etc.

  • Experienced and comfortable working at senior levels, managing changing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Methodical and organized, able to anticipate, prioritize and overcome problems.
  • Delivering to agreed deadlines, effectively handles multiple demands and competing priorities.
