Key Responsibilities

Handle patient or provider inquiries related to healthcare plans, claims, billing, and benefits
Accurately document case information in system tools
Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication
Follow HIPAA and company data-security policies
Work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

Freshers encouraged to apply!
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency
Willing to work in shifting schedules
High school/Graduate degree from any course welcome
