The Head of Sales is responsible for leading client acquisition and executing the company’s strategic growth initiatives. This leadership role focuses on expanding O&B’s market presence within enterprise software, with a primary emphasis on the Banking, Financial Services, and Fintech sectors.
S/he will act as a strategic consultant who understands the technical complexities of enterprise-grade software development. The successful candidate will act as the critical link between our engineering experts and client business executives, ensuring that our technical capabilities are aligned with their long-term business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
-The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in at least ONE (not all) of the following four areas:
-Leadership Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
-Sales Track Record: Proven track record of selling high-ticket professional services or complex enterprise software solutions.
-Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-Strategic Alignment: Ability to assess technical feasibility and align solutions with client needs in collaboration with technical consultants.
-Communication & Management: Strong people management and mentorship skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
