Job Description

Provide national leadership for nursing and clinical operations across all sites.
Implement clinical standards, programs, and operational processes that support high‑quality patient care.
Oversee competency‑based training programs for Hemodialysis Nurses.
Lead the clinical quality agenda, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Develop quality improvement initiatives to strengthen patient outcomes and safety.
Manage audits, quality metrics reporting, and performance reviews.
Champion patient and employee safety initiatives across the network.
Drive clinical workflow improvements and operational efficiency with cross‑functional teams.
Standardize procedures to ensure consistent quality across all clinics.
Serve as a key member of the country leadership team, developing and coaching clinical teams.

The Successful Applicant

Registered Nurse or licensed healthcare professional.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical services, or quality management.
Strong background in clinical operations, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
Skilled in data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
Experience in dialysis, hospital, or specialty care settings is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
