The Head of Marketing owns how RISE shows up in the market — to enterprise customers, to the telco industry, and to current and future employees. As RISE adopts a product-led growth strategy across its brands and products, this role builds Marketing into a centralized, shared-services team that eliminates redundancy and delivers strategic value rather than transactional output.
This calls for a strong leader who is strategic yet hands-on, and who develops people into the future leaders of RISE. Success means cohesive brands, effective campaigns and events, and a high-performing team that grows RISE's revenue and reputation in the Philippines and beyond.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and continuously refine short-term and long-term marketing strategies across all channels and brands, ensuring cohesion with business direction from strategy through execution
Adjust campaigns and programs based on current and projected performance, and identify growth opportunities and risks through data and research
Bridge the gap between product management, sales, and marketing, aligning strategies with the goals of each brand and product, and support sales and revenue-generating activities from planning to execution
Serve as a key stakeholder to the Product team, supporting go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer lifecycle initiatives under the product-led growth strategy
Oversee all facets of marketing (digital, PR, events, sponsorships, programs, content, etc.) and their members, acting as the central point of contact and ensuring timely delivery and proper resource allocation
Plan and deliver customer events, including pocket sessions, and support telco conferences in the Philippines and globally
Lead company-wide events for RISE Group employees, including the year-end and mid-year parties
Drive employer branding initiatives and internal communications that strengthen RISE's culture and employer reputation
Manage the creation and production of company merchandise for events, campaigns, and employer branding
Coach, motivate, and develop a strong, high-performing Marketing team that delivers with agility and quality
Craft and drive integrated branding, campaigns, and communications for each brand, ensuring consistency with branding standards across all channels
Oversee digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising
Lead customer, market, competitor, and sales-enablement analyses, and report brand and channel performance to senior management
Set and administer marketing budgets, including costs, return on investment, and profit-loss projections, and act as the point of escalation in vendor and agency negotiations
Make high-level decisions along with senior management on matters relating to Marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a marketing leadership role overseeing multi-channel strategy and teams
Experience in service-industry marketing leadership, including telco, fintech, tech, or other subscription/service-based businesses, and exposure to B2B and enterprise marketing
Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders at a senior level
Experience building and leading teams across multiple marketing disciplines (digital, brand, events, communications)
