How You Will Make An Impact

  • You are a strategic and authentic leader who understands and acknowledges that you can only be as strong as your team - you put them first - you support, guide and mentor them when needed, but most importantly, you empower them to reach their fullest potential!
  • You will drive the end‑to‑end brand strategy and category growth agenda for both Retail and Food Service channels in the Philippine market, grounded in strong consumer and customer insights.
  • You will define and deliver the NPD pipeline for Retail and Food Service, ensuring successful, insight-led launches that align with global direction and address the evolving needs of consumers and food service professionals.
  • You will be a P&L owner, managing profitability, pricing, and resource allocation across channels while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to deliver business targets.
  • You will lead the annual Business Plan process and ensure alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Global teams through clear communication of strategy, priorities, and market needs.
  • You will oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans—including media, digital, trade, and experiential—while managing the local marketing budget and agency partnerships to ensure high‑quality execution.
  • You will stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to enhance marketing strategies, optimize pricing, and support continuous improvement across both Retail and Food Service channels.

What Will Make You Successful

  • You have at least 10 years of strategic leadership experience in Marketing, preferably from an FMCG background
  • You are a proactive thought leader, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and adept at establishing clear processes and workflows to organize efforts and drive results across the organization.
  • You have a strong appreciation for, and proven experience in, developing marketing strategies for both Retail and Food Service channels. You can clearly articulate the unique nuances of each, and effectively guide your team in navigating these differences while building cohesive brand strategies across both channels.

The Head of Marketing will be part of Arla Foods’ leadership team and will report directly to the Managing Director.
