Job Description
- As the Head of HR, you will oversee strategic and operational HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will play a key role in shaping a values-driven culture, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and supporting the growth of a diverse and empowered workforce.
- Youll be managing a lean HR team while supporting a growing headcount across retail and corporate functions. Your background in policy development, compliance, and HR systems implementation will be critical in scaling operations efficiently. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people development.
- Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives across multi-site operations
- Strong background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management in retail
- Skilled in designing and implementing compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
- Experience in building and sustaining employee engagement and culture transformation
- Proficient in HRIS implementation, payroll administration, and process optimization
- Deep understanding of labor law compliance and policy development
- Capable of managing grievance handling and employee relations with fairness and integrity
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with lean teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR metrics for decision-making
- Passionate about people development and organizational growth
