This role is based in the Philippines. You’ll work closely with local and regional leaders, with flexibility in how and where you work day to day. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the setup that helps them do their best work.

What You’d Be Doing In This Role

Canva has been part of the Philippines for over a decade, with a passionate and fast-growing community of users. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re shifting focus from pure user growth to meaningful monetisation and revenue expansion.

As Head of Growth for the Philippines, you’ll own Canva’s user and monetisation strategy in one of our most important Southeast Asian markets. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling adoption, driving monetisation, and unlocking new growth opportunities across consumer, creator, education, SMB, enterprise, and public sector segments.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

• Owning the Philippines growth strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and monetisation, aligned with regional and global priorities
• Driving the shift from MAU-led success to sustainable revenue growth and commercial impact
• Developing and executing growth plays across key segments, including creators, educators, SMBs, enterprises, and government
• Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, and Partnerships to optimise pricing, packaging, localisation, and go-to-market strategies
• Acting as a senior growth leader in-market, representing Canva in growth-driven partnerships, ecosystem conversations, and commercial opportunities
• Using deep local market insight to influence global product, growth, and commercial strategy
• Leading and developing senior growth leaders and teams, fostering high performance, clarity, and momentum through change
  
  
  

Youre probably a match if

• You have 10+ years of leadership experience in growth, commercial, or general management roles within consumer tech, SaaS, or digital platforms
• You’ve successfully launched, scaled, and monetised products in the Philippines, ideally through a period of market or business model transition
• You bring strong commercial and P&L acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth at scale
• You deeply understand Filipino users and customers, across consumer, education, and business segments
• You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy building clarity, direction, and momentum
• You’re a collaborative, low-ego leader who influences effectively across a global organisation
• You’re genuinely excited by Canva’s mission and values

You’ll sit within Canva’s International group, working cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, Finance, and Strategy. Together, we’re focused on building locally resonant, globally scalable growth across Canva’s most important markets.
