The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager - Head of Restaurant Operations should have:

Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management.
Strong understanding of operational processes and business strategy in the hospitality & leisure industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams effectively.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance targets.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
