About the Role

The Gen AI – Creative Specialist at our client will merge human craft with generative AI tools to deliver fast, scalable, on-brand visual output across all markets. This role is designed for a creator who thrives in a high-volume environment where speed and precision matter. You will turn brand direction into reusable creative libraries, enabling the business to move faster by reducing repetitive tasks and improving consistency.

Working Hours: Monday to Fridays. 9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM PHT

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

What Youll Do

• Prompting & AI Workflow Mastery: Develop and refine prompts for AI creative tools to generate production-ready assets and build reusable prompt libraries.
• Creative Design: Generate campaign concepts, layouts, motion assets, and typography systems using AI-assisted tools.
• Template & System Design: Build scalable templates in Figma and Storyteq to support marketing self-serve workflows and design systems.
• Workflow Optimization: Experiment with new AI models and integrate automation to increase throughput and reduce manual effort.
• Global Execution: Adapt assets across various sizes, formats, and regions while maintaining alignment with brand standards and SLA timelines.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative development and ideation.
• Polished visual craft with a strong background in digital design or motion graphics.
• Excellent Figma skills, including proficiency with components, auto-layout, and multi-market frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Weavy, Krea, or Runway.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a curiosity for cultural nuances and emerging AI technologies.
