We’re searching for a driven .NET Developer who thrives on autonomy and impact. As one of our first engineering hires, you’ll be at the heart of building scalable, high-impact solutions, developing backend services, full-stack applications, and automated workflows that transform how our clients operate. What are you expected to do?

• Develop and maintain backend services and applications using .NET / C#
• Build front-end interfaces using React or similar frameworks
• Design and implement workflows and automations using Power Automate
• Create internal business apps using Power Apps
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Integrate systems and APIs across platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through Git/source control, versioning, and best practices
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes
  
  
  

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have at least 3+ years of experience in .NET / C# development
• You have an experience building full-stack applications (React or similar frontend frameworks)
• You have hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• You have a working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• You have an experience integrating APIs and connecting multiple systems
• You have a proficiency with Git or similar source control tools
• You have a strong problem-solving and process automation mindset
• You have an ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
• You have a good communication and collaboration skills
• You have a consulting or client-facing experience
• You have an experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud services
• You have an experience modernising manual processes into automated workflows
• You have an exposure to CI/CD or DevOps practices

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

• You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
