Position Overview



We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work setup based in Makati City. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing and maintaining web applications, managing databases, and optimizing WordPress or SaaS-based solutions. This role demands a strong background in PHP (Laravel), ASP.NET, C#, MySQL, and front-end technologies, with a proven ability to design and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle — from analysis and architecture to testing and deployment — and adhere to best practices in software design, Agile Scrum, TDD, and DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and debug new product enhancements
• Deliver maintainable and reusable solutions that follow cyber security standards and application performance benchmarks
• Embrace, implement, and evangelize test automation as part of the fabric of the team
• Conduct code reviews for peers
• Incorporate an agile mindset as it applies to software development, team collaboration and open communication

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience using Agile Scrum SDLC.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including:
• .NET/C# (.NET Framework or .NET Core), ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
• SQL Server, Entity Framework or nHibernate
• VB.NET, VSTO/VBA (an advantage)
• JSON/RESTful services, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular, Bootstrap, and TypeScript, and familiarity with Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Solid experience in software architecture and design patterns (SOLID, DI/IoC), Continuous Integration/Deployment, and unit testing.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and using TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT/GitLab/GitHub, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms or AI technologies such as OpenAI, StackAI, RetellAI, VetonAI, Make/Zapier, and ElevenLabs is an advantage.
• Experience developing globalized and localized applications for multi-language markets.
• Understanding of Web and Mobile Application Development (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) is a plus.
• Numerate, analytical, and capable of solving mathematically driven software problems.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Must have legal right to work in the Philippines and willingness to work in a hybrid setup from our Makati City office.
