Responsibilities

  • Oversee all activities within the Accounts Receivable / Billing team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Lead the team in completing timely and accurate posting of bank statements for both automated and manual posting processes.
  • Coordinate the setup of new bank accounts in D365, including mapping cash accounts to their respective entities and/or centres.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support where necessary.
  • Conduct regular reviews of process documentation and recommend process improvements when needed.
  • Respond to queries from centres and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support during audits, legal reviews, and ongoing projects.
  • Escalate critical issues using established procedures and provide continued support until resolution is achieved.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Supervisory experience in a shared services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to change and demonstrate ownership.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Excellent team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in various accounting applications and systems.
  • Customer‑service oriented, with a strong focus on supporting key stakeholders.
