The Financial Solutions Specialist plays a key role by providing tailored insurance and investment solutions to bank clients. Assigned within partner bank branches, this role focuses on building strong relationships with bank personnel and customers, understanding clients financial goals, and delivering suitable financial products while consistently meeting sales targets and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life insurance and investment products to bank clients.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank staff to generate leads and referrals.
• Manage client relationships from initial engagement through after-sales service and policy servicing.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and trust.
• Attend required training sessions, product briefings, and sales meetings.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sales standards.
