Job Purpose

  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of legal entity information in Blueprint
  • Ensure completeness of agreements and other corporate records
  • Implement data control checks


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact of stakeholders for CoSec activities
  • Ensure CoSec and related administrative activities, documents and reports are accomplished on time and free of error
  • Prepare standard intercompany agreements and other documents using approved templates
  • Obtain Group approvals for company formation requests
  • Set up new companies in Blueprint
  • Update legal entity information in Blueprint based on completed change template from local teams
  • Upload documents in DocuSign for electronic signature or coordinate with local teams where physical signature is required
  • Upload documents in Blueprint for storage
  • Assist in filing and sorting documents related to Philippine operations
  • Manage CoSec SharePoint
  • Where required or requested:
    • Coordinate directly with 3rd party service providers for company formation
    • Assist in tax reporting and statutory compliance activities (e.g. downloading reports from SUN system)
    • Assist in filing and sorting documents related to Philippine operations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the CoSec Legal Manager

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as legal or commercial finance assistant
  • Proficient in MS applications, Blueprint
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage issues and produce results in a timely manner
  • Can work well under pressure and with minimal supervision


Work Conditions

  • Hybrid arrangement: Onsite every Monday and Tuesday
  • Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 10 PM
  • Equipment: Laptop and other peripherals will be provided by the company
