What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, you’ll take on a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day finance operations across four international entities. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact, helping strengthen financial processes, ensure accuracy, and support a fast-growing brand as it scales globally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Global Entity Management: Manage and maintain Xero files for entities in Australia, the USA, Canada, and Europe.
• End-to-End Month Close: Prepare critical month-end activities including sales, prepayments, accruals, and stock reconciliations.
• Tax & Compliance Leadership: Review USA sales tax returns via Avalara and prepare Australian GST, Canadian, European, and UK VAT returns
• Financial Operations: Facilitate bank payment preparation and provide ad hoc support for business requirements as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• CPA-qualified, with a strong grounding in accounting fundamentals
• Confident, hands-on experience with Xero and a solid background as a Financial Accountant
• Experience managing US tax and month-end processes within a multi-entity environment
• A sharp eye for detail, paired with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of your work
