We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, developing forecasts, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management and business operations.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present analysis to senior leadership
Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with accounting
Manage cash flow and working capital to support operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business cases
Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed
Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional development and performance excellence

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred)
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus
5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
Strong understanding of financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and best practices
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Excel)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
