Job Description

Location: Makati(Onsite) | Schedule: Monday – Friday (Morning Shift) Package: Competitive Salary

Job Summary: This senior leadership role is responsible for the service delivery. You will manage the relationship between the business units, BPO providers, and the shared service center to ensure high-quality procurement and payment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic STP Delivery: Oversee the successful migration of STP activities (AP, T&E, and Credit Cards) to the Manila center.
BPO Management: Monitor and manage BPO provider output, ensuring KPIs and financial objectives are consistently met.
Stakeholder Partnership: Build constructive relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth process deployment.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and development of a highly skilled team.
