Senior Manager - Finance (Record to Report)

Location: Metro Manila | Schedule: Mon-Fri (Morning)

Job Summary: The Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting the transition and daily operations of the RTR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of Group external reporting schedules and statutory tax returns.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and variance analysis to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Drive team engagement and instill a culture of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Act as a point of contact for complex accounting guidance and internal/external audit support.
  
  
  

• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in financial accounting and statutory requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
