Job Description

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business objectives.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting & finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Finance Lead Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Proven ability to manage and lead financial teams effectively.
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports for decision-making purposes.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a large organization.
