Job Description

Provide strategic financial leadership and partner closely with the CEO on major business decisions.
Lead all finance operations while ensuring full compliance with regional and global standards.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across finance and cross‑functional teams.
Manage and develop a team of 12 finance professionals
Challenge existing practices and champion initiatives that support growth and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Financial Director Should Have

CPA
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role as Finance Head
Background in a similar B2B industry
Proven experience leading and developing teams of 10 or more
Amenable to working onsite daily in Makati City
