Job Description

• Vendor data creation and maintenance in SAP/Oracle (daily - as needed) to support disbursement process. The vendor data pertain to but not limited to the following:
• Providers of goods and services except for those related to claims which are handled by Claims Team under Operations Division
• Claims reimbursement of members
• Relevant data to be gathered and maintained are not limited to the following:
• Name, address, contact details, etc.
• Bank account details (name, number, type, etc.)
• Tax details (TIN, Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax status)
• The information must be supported by pertinent documents. The data to be maintained in SAP must be verified against the supporting documents.
• Oversee and review the accuracy of the vendor data encoded in SAP/Oracle by the encoder.
• Assist in the audit process both internal and external including ISO audits
