Job Description

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
Monitor and analyze financial performance to provide insights and recommendations.
Lead and mentor the accounting & finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee tax planning and ensure timely submission of tax filings.
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Finance Controller Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A professional certification such as CPA is a must
8 to 12 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
