Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to evaluate business performance and identify trends.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Monitor key financial metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Support senior management with financial planning and analysis.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Provide guidance and support to other teams on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

At least 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Controlling
Background in multi‑market or fast‑growing organizations is strongly preferred
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities with solid financial modeling and analytical strength
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, operational, and analytical teams
Self‑starter mindset with the confidence to take ownership in a dynamic environment
Strong English communication skills and experience working with international teams
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA) is an advantage but not required
