Role Overview

We are seeking Finance Controllers, Business Controllers (FP&A), and Finance Business Partners to join our growing team. These roles will support Functions and Products globally, acting as trusted advisors and strategic partners to senior stakeholders.

In this role, as an extended global finance team, you will connect with diverse stakeholders worldwide, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support to enable sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
    • Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
    • Collaborate with global teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Controlling & Reporting:
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with global standards.
    • Monitor cost allocations, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  • Performance Management:
    • Drive initiatives to optimize financial performance and resource utilization.
    • Support transformation projects and process improvements.
Technical Skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and controlling principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power Query and Power BI).
  • Functional experience in Essbase, PAFE (Planning Analytics for Excel), SmartView, Hyperion, TM1, or similar tools for managing multi-dimensional data.
  • DAX and SQL for advanced data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools.
  • Strong business acumen in the banking industry, with a solid understanding of bank products, markets, and financial drivers (advantage).

  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior leaders and influence decisions under high urgency.
  • Global Mindset: Experience in multinational organizations with diverse stakeholders and cross-border collaboration.
  • Presentation & Visualization Skills: Ability to present the right information clearly and effectively, using visual storytelling for executive audiences.
  • Thrives in High-Pressure Environments: Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to connect financial insights to strategic decisions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting complex data and presenting clear recommendations.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Collaboration: Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, Experience in banking, particularly Retail and Wholesale Banking, is a plus
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Partnering.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiency through automation.
  • Open to candidates from other industries with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
