Job Summary

N90 is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing team. You will assist with financial operations, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and manage internal accounting using Xero. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience, grow with the company, and play a key role in shaping the financial foundation of our accelerator and the startups we support.

Job Responsibilities

Internal Financial Management

• Assist with managing day-to-day financial operations of Founders Launchpad including budgeting, forecasting, reporting
• Develop and maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our company
• Manage the general ledgers including journal entries, accounts payables, receivables, bank reconciliations and other requirements.
• Ensure that transactions are supported with proper documentations.

Tax Compliance

• Assist in local tax calculations, ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual compliance with Philippine regulations including government statutory and other relevant reportorial requirements by regulatory agencies.
• Provides assistance and support during tax audits.

Accounting Systems: Implement and manage Xero accounting software and other systems to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of experience in Taxation, Audit, Payroll and General Accounting in the Philippines.
• Experience working with startups or in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
