Finance & Accounting Assistant (Open for Fresh Graduates)

eTap Sol. is looking for a Finance & Accounting Assistant to join our Other Payables team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable, tax compliance, and inventory monitoring while working closely with our Finance & Accounting Officer.

What You’ll Do

Process payments and reconcile transactions
Prepare BIR forms and ensure compliance
Record and update financial transactions in QNE
Monitor inventory of production assets and marketing collaterals
Support audits and financial reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Open to fresh graduates (internship or coursework in finance/accounting is a plus)
Knowledge of BIR forms, reconciliation, and accounting software preferred
