- Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability across all restaurant and bar operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistently high standards of food, service, and hospitality.
- Establish and enforce standardized processes, SOPs, and operating procedures across all locations.
- Improve operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and daily execution.
- Strengthen cost management by reducing waste and controlling food, beverage, and operating expenses.
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and succession planning.
- Ensure full compliance with cleanliness, safety, quality, and brand standards at every outlet.
- Lead the successful execution of business expansion, new store openings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
A Successful Fine Dining Operations Director Should Have
- Proven expertise in managing fine dining operations within the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the F&B industry and its operational demands.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in dining establishments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Capability to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PHP 150000 to PHP 180000.
