  • Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and QA/QC procedures
  • Project and statutory Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements
  • Oversee quality inspections, audits, non-conformance management, and corrective actions within the fabrication facility.
  • Ensure high standards of safety and housekeeping in a controlled offsite construction environment.

Resource, Vendor & Interface Coordination

  • Monitor contractor manpower, supervision levels, and engineering support deployed at the fabrication facility.
  • Coordinate with fabricators, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment, and consumables availability.
  • Interface closely with:
  • Design and engineering teams
  • On-site construction and installation teams
  • Logistics and transportation providers
  • Ensure clear traceability, documentation, and handover from fabrication through to site installation.

Commercial & Reporting

  • Monitor fabrication-related progress, productivity, and performance against programme targets.
  • Review contractor progress claims, measurements, and variation submissions related to offsite fabrication works.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering fabrication progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • Escalate programme, quality, or safety concerns to leadership and the client in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Project or Construction Management certification (PMP, CCM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction, fabrication, precast, modular, or offsite construction environments.
  • Proven experience supporting data centre, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
