At SC Johnson (SCJ), we’re building a talent pool of driven fresh graduates to join our HR Delivery Center — the frontline team supporting employees across the region.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering great employee experience. You will:

• Support employees via phone, email, and chat on HR inquiries.
• Resolve requests using HR systems and tools (e.g., case management, Workday).
• Guide employees on HR services, policies, and self-service tools.
• Manage multiple queries and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ experience
