At SC Johnson (SCJ), we’re building a pipeline of high-potential fresh graduates to join our Finance team as Accounting Analysts (General Ledger). This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting processes, working with regional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records across a group of entities. You will:

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Income Statement & Balance Sheet)
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy
• Manage fixed asset accounting activities (capitalization, transfers, retirements)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting policies
• Collaborate with local and global teams to resolve financial issues and improve processes
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome driven fresh graduates with strong academic performance and a passion for finance:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or related field (CPA is an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills and English proficiency
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or internships in accounting is a plus
• Open to fresh graduates with high potential and learning agility
