Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for business trips.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy access.
Take on additional tasks and projects as required to support the team.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives.
Previous experience with working with expats or foreign executives is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
A proactive and resourceful mindset to anticipate the needs of executives.
