Executive Assistant - Part Time

Industry: Claims Adjusting, Actuarial Services

Schedule: 8AM - 12PM EST

Estimated start date: TBD

Key Task:

• CRM and Customer Data Management - Use their CR, Hubspot, and maintain, update and tag the necessary information for the company
• Spreadsheet Updates and Data Validation - Managing large sets of data in Hubspot Google Sheets to maintain accuracy and integrity
• Tagging appropriate fields - systematically organizing, categorization, labeling of digital information to make data easily searchable, retrievable, and actionable for businesses

• Reading/Comprehension: Very Strong

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
