Engineer IT Systems Infrastructure

Guiding, ensuring, or performing IT installations, integration as well as operations, update, customizing and maintenance and change request processes. Contributing to design and implementation, or planning and executing installation of infrastructure devices and/or applications. Ensuring or executing SAP instances, installation updates, release changes, etc.. Planning amend/or executing regular system infrastructure tests, with respect to functionality , speed, safety or security. Communicating with vendors and service providers, identify operational IT problems and seek for resolution. May perform 2nd-level user help desk activities, and trains management and staff in the utilization of IT infrastructure. A job at this level… Monitors functional-specific trends and derive recommendation for their (incremental) improvements. Executes focused research. Create informative reports to support change or adaption for processes and infrastructure systems. Contributes to projects or processes to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness. Takes over accomplishment of dedicated (local or function specific) workstream, as part of an overarching infrastructure project Provides local support and consultancy on dedicated subject matters or processes (e. g. , as System Owner, Process Owner). Performs independent judgement on subjects of relevance for the process assigned.
