Project Controls

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leads PMO and Project Controls delivery, implementing robust frameworks to drive performance across assigned commissions.
• Oversees cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting, ensuring effective governance and alignment with client expectations.
• Partners with stakeholders to build strong relationships and support informed decision-making.
• Mentors teams while ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and alignment with strategic delivery outcomes.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have:

• Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex construction programmes
• Experience establishing robust controls frameworks, governance, and assurance processes
• Strong knowledge of risk tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI, Primavera)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  
  

Planning

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leads planning/scheduling using proven methods, tools and EVM, ensuring strong project controls.
• Communicates clearly with clients, teams and stakeholders, driving analysis and corrective actions on complex requirements.
• Builds and leads teams, developing talent while delivering planning and schedule management services.
• Influences clients supports net zero carbon delivery through responsible management.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have:

• Excellent written communication, delivering clear, concise and professional outputs.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling tools, software and planning techniques across multi-disciplinary sectors.
• Proven multi-industry construction experience with strong problem-solving and commitment to service excellence.
• Degree-qualified in construction or engineering, maintaining current industry trends and relevant professional standards.
  
  

Project Management

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leads end-to-end project delivery, aligning resources, programmes and stakeholders to meet scope, milestones and client objectives.
• Drives collaboration across client, consultants and contractors, ensuring effective communication, quality standards and safety-first culture.
• Manages procurement, risks, budgets and change control, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators.
• Provides subject matter expertise, promotes best practice and supports responsible, data-driven and sustainable project outcomes.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have:

• Proven project management experience on medium or complex construction projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Sound knowledge of project methodologies, construction sequencing and commercial controls.
• Relevant qualification or professional accreditation, with commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
