Who are we looking for?

Were looking for an Electrical Revit Modeler to join our PH Digital Delivery - Building Services team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

Job Description

• Delivering integrated project deliverables in Autodesk Revit.
• Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model, documentation and project deliverables.
• Coordinating designs with Building Services, Structural, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
• Mentoring peers and providing technical documentation, modelling, and engineering advice.
• Undertake drawing reviews and model audits utilizing tools such as Bluebeam, Autodesk Navisworks, ACC etc.
• Troubleshooting issues and support technical team members.
• Leading Coordination and Collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks and BIM360/ACC Model Coordination.
• Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams & groups to ensure all design elements are considered.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum of 5 years experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages
• Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, structural details and coordinated drawings
• Minimum of 5 years experience within the Building Service and Electrical sector
• Electrical, control and instrumentation E&IC
• Electrical design of single line diagram, schematics, panel GA, cable and termination schedule.
• Cable and termination schedule, Control panel design.
• Electrical fitting and wiring of control panel, field cable termination.
  
  

This job offer is based in Makati, Quezon City and Cebu City, depending on your home base/location.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
