Sales

The Ecommerce Operations Executive plays a critical role in supporting the E‑Commerce Sales & Shopee Lead by managing day‑to‑day operational excellence across the Shopee platform. This role ensures seamless execution of campaign requirements, product availability, order fulfillment, platform readiness, and operational coordination. Through disciplined processes, accuracy, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and Shopee operations counterparts, the Shopee Operations Executive helps optimize performance, reduce friction, and enable the commercial team to deliver superior results and customer satisfaction.

About The Role

The role manages the end-to-end operational workflow for Shopee, including product listing and content maintenance, assortment readiness, stock monitoring, order processing, and campaign preparation. It acts as the operational bridge between Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and the Shopee Lead, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and zero misses across platform activities. The role also supports performance reporting and platform analytics, contributes to troubleshooting issues, and ensures compliance with operational requirements to enable strong growth and on-platform success.

Your responsibilities

Operational Execution

  • Ensure accurate and timely product uploads, listing maintenance, price updates, and content refreshes in coordination with Marketing and the Shopee Lead.
  • Manage daily store operations including order monitoring, cancellation management, late shipment prevention, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Track stock availability, forecast replenishment needs, and collaborate with Supply Chain to prevent out‑of‑stocks and fulfillment delays.
  • Validate promotion submissions, set up vouchers, bundles, flash deals, and ensure 100% compliance with campaign mechanics.
  • Oversee operational readiness for all Shopee Mega Campaigns, Double Digit events, and platform-initiated activities.
  • Ensure complete and accurate usage of digital shelf tools, supporting improvement in content quality, ratings, and discoverability.

Shopee Customer Support

  • Serve as the first-line operations liaison with Shopee’s Key Account Operations, Seller Support, and Logistics teams.
  • Help escalate operational issues (e.g., listing errors, penalties, logistics challenges, backend bugs) and track to full resolution.
  • Manage the creation and tracking of support tickets, ensuring swift turnaround for all issues affecting sales performance.
  • Assist in coordinating platform requests such as store onboarding for new features, tool activation, and participation in pilot programs.

Campaign & Promotional Support

  • Execute preparation for all Shopee campaigns, including SKU nomination, promo setup, asset uploading, and store page updates.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and the Shopee Lead to ensure accurate and timely campaign assets, copy, creatives, and deal submissions.
  • Monitor live campaigns to identify issues (e.g., missing deals, incorrect prices, untagged items) and escalate immediately.

Data & Performance Reporting

  • Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on traffic, conversion, sales, fulfillment, cancellations, and penalties.
  • Track competitor activity (pricing, promotions, new products, bundles, content updates) and summarize insights for the Shopee Lead.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of traffic levers (ads, search, paid visibility) and highlight operational opportunities or inefficiencies.

Support post‑campaign analysis through data gathering, execution audits, and identification of operational improvement points.

  • High level of commercial acumen and understanding of category development principles
