What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, you will be a vital member of the Marketing Team, driving the commercial success of our online storefront. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing the Digital Storefront: Support the day-to-day management of the Shopify Plus store, ensuring product uploads, merchandising, and site content are flawless.
• Driving Email Engagement: Assist with the setup, testing, and scheduling of high-impact Klaviyo campaigns and automated email flows.
• Enhancing Visibility: Execute SEO strategies by optimizing product descriptions, metadata, and collection content to increase organic traffic.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate and test online promotions and product launches to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Assist with weekly performance reporting on sales, traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics (GA4).

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations or website management.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• A solid understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities with a sharp eye for detail.

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience specifically with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.
• Experience in customer segmentation and database management to enhance targeting.
• A degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative and customer care teams.
