About the Role

As a Document Compliance Associate , you will review the completeness and accuracy of loan documents prepared and ensures timely delivery of documents for signing and booking of Business Banking Loan accounts all in accordance with the approval, Bank policies and procedures, applicable laws and BSP regulations to support the objectives and meet the targets of Secured Lending Division. .

How youll contribute

  • Handles simple to moderate accounts based on existing credit and loans related guidelines, applicable laws and BSP regulations to ensure correct resolutions are applied. Elevates to Unit Head in case needing higher approval or decision making.
  • Ensures timely preparation of loan documents and review of accounts for booking based on uploaded documents and approval to meet agreed turn-around time
  • Reports process gaps encountered during documents preparation and booking review.
  • Coordinates with Sales and/or Sales Support Team on the submission of post-approval and/or pre-booking requirements, respectively, to facilitate documents preparation and booking of loans.
  • Issues final summary of findings to Sales and Sales Support Team based on submitted documents in compliance with approved terms and conditions.
  • Confirms correct preparation of loan documents based on approval, bank policies and procedures, applicable laws and BSP regulations to facilitate documentation and booking of the approved loan accounts. Reviews and pushes Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement (LRBA) via Process Maker to facilitate disbursement of loan proceeds.
  • Processes business loan accounts in accordance with the approved Loan Documents Approving Authority Matrix via Process Maker to endorse accounts for REM registration (for secured loan accounts) or loan booking.
  • Assists Team Leader in assessing development and training requirements of the less experienced co-team members.

  • Graduate of any Bachelors Degree
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge in consumer loan documentation process
  • Basic knowledge in legal aspects of loan documentation
  • With basic knowledge in applicable laws and regulations, circulars and memoranda issued by the BSP, Operations Risk Management
