Job Description

Provide executive oversight of Account Management, Business Administration, and Market Analysis functions.
Drive operational performance across teams, ensuring delivery against KPIs, contractual commitments, and organizational targets.
Establish structured performance management systems, including annual reviews, development plans, and capability‑building initiatives.
Act as the senior operational liaison for external stakeholders such as operators, service providers, and regulatory/licensing bodies.
Serve as the primary escalation point for operational, client, and delivery‑related concerns.
Lead continuous improvement of operational processes, governance frameworks, and internal workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and issues affecting profitability or stakeholder relationships, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate cross‑functional execution to ensure alignment between operational teams, technical groups, and corporate support functions.
Translate executive strategy into clear, actionable operational plans and ensure consistent implementation across the organisation.
Support executive leadership with organizational planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 10 years experience in senior operations or operational leadership roles.
Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams within complex or regulated environments.
Demonstrated ability to build operational structure, governance systems, and scalable delivery frameworks.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
Experience managing external stakeholder relationships and high‑value client engagements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage executive, technical, and operational audiences effectively.
Background in online gambling, technology, compliance, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Tagalog is an advantage but not essential.
