Director of Channel Sales – Asia Pacific (APEI)

The Director of Channel Sales, Asia Pacific (APEI) is responsible for leading Ceragon’s indirect business across the Asia Pacific region, including overall Channel Program strategy and Channel Sales execution. This role oversees a diverse ecosystem of distributors, resellers, system integrators, manufacturers’ representatives, and white-label partners across multiple business verticals.

The Director will define and execute Ceragon’s APEI indirect sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and business unit priorities. The primary focus of this role is to strengthen partner engagement, optimize the indirect go-to-market model, and maximize revenue growth and market penetration across the region.

This is a senior leadership position requiring a strong blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and partner management expertise to accelerate Ceragon’s growth and market leadership in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Partner Ecosystem Management:

  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies to expand market reach, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Build, optimize, and continuously evolve the channel partner ecosystem to address changing market and business needs.
  • Ensure the ongoing development, enablement, certification, and retirement of partners as required.
  • Maintain consistent tiered pricing, discount governance, and channel compliance across the region.
  • Oversee and lead all ongoing activities and engagements with channel partners.
  • Drive joint demand-generation initiatives by marketing to and with channel partners to build pipeline and accelerate growth.

Sales Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead and manage a matrixed team of Sales Managers across the APEI region.
  • Drive indirect revenue growth through distributors, system integrators, and value-added resellers (VARs).
  • Deliver monthly sell-in and sell-through reporting, along with comprehensive quarterly business performance analyses.
  • Actively support strategic sales efforts by engaging with top Partners and maintaining strong executive-level customer relationships to solidify the bookings.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded background in business development and sales execution across multiple verticals, with a strong emphasis on Telecommunications and Security markets. They will demonstrate deep expertise in indirect sales models, channel marketing, and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
