About The Role

This is a senior, in-country finance leadership role accountable for end-to-end REMS Client Finance and Business Partnering for Workplace Management (WPM) in the Philippines.

You'll be the single point of accountability across finance and business partnering, strengthening governance and statutory compliance while driving improved cashflow, profitability, and client outcomes. It's a chance to lead, build, and shape how finance supports the business here.

What You'll Do

Finance and commercial delivery

• Lead Client Finance and Business Partnering for WPM, supporting profitable growth, billing discipline, and working-capital outcomes
• Lead, control, and direct the financial functions of the WPM client finance teams in the Philippines
• Own end-to-end finance accountability, integrating Business Finance with Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and FinOps/JBS
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for internal and external client issues, building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Track contractual KPIs and SLAs, and lead periodic reviews with client finance leads
• Drive strategic decision-making on contracts, pricing, and operational processes
• Maintain cash and balance-sheet health, and manage finance cost-to-serve within the account P&L
• Contribute to new business, including RFPs and client presentations
  
  

Statutory, governance, and risk

• Drive resolution of VAT/WHT exposures and cash recovery, improving liquidity and financial performance
• Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness, including oversight of documentation quality and regulatory requirements
• Embed strong governance frameworks and review controls to close existing control gaps and prevent recurrence
• Eliminate control gaps and reduce escalations
• Ensure internal controls comply with, and evolve toward, Corporate Solutions SOC1 attestations
• Own governance and compliance oversight across client and JLL sets of books, including leadership of audits and reviews
  
  

Transitions and business transformation

• Lead implementation of the Target Operating Model, including role clarity and alignment with JBS and specialist teams
• Drive successful stabilization of the Target Operating Model
• Act as single accountable owner, reducing fragmentation across functions and minimizing escalation to regional leadership
• Lead client onboarding and offboarding resource models, including commercial validation and risk assessment during transitions and transformations
• Partner with the Client Finance Transition Team, TMO, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and HR SMEs
• Guide client finance teams through stabilization, and drive cost efficiencies through enhanced support models and technology rollouts
  
  

Leadership and stakeholder management

• Partner closely with business leaders across WPM, PDS, PS, and PM to drive commercial and operational outcomes
• Mentor and manage the finance team, defining career paths and succession planning, and building a talent pipeline for future portfolio finance roles
• Promote the JLL brand and strengthen team cohesion
• Take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager
  
  

Essential

What you'll bring

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong expertise in business partnering, controllership, and statutory compliance
• A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex operating environments
• Experience working with regional and shared-services models (for example, JBS)
• Strong stakeholder management and a governance mindset
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in the Philippines statutory, tax, and regulatory environment
• A background in REMS or Workplace Management finance structures
• Demonstrated experience in operating-model transformation and change leadership
