Digital Operations And Content Manager

As Digital Operations & Content Manager, you will lead the execution of digital content, consumer engagement programs, and always-on campaigns across digital channels, ensuring a seamless and impactful consumer journey from awareness to conversion.

We are looking for a Digital Operations & Content Manager who will drive the execution of our digital content and engagement strategy, ensuring our brands remain relevant, engaging, and impactful across all consumer touchpoints.

This role is a key contributor to the Digital and E-commerce team, responsible for translating marketing and category strategies into compelling digital activations. You will work closely with Brand, Media, E-commerce, and agency partners to create consumer-centric experiences that strengthen brand relevance, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Drive Digital Content & Consumer Engagement

• Execute digital content and earned media initiatives across relevant digital platforms and consumer touchpoints.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns through effective digital activation and content deployment.
• Deliver programs that enhance consumer engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and drive conversion.

Lead Content Planning & Deployment

• Plan and execute always-on and campaign-based digital content calendars.
• Ensure content is deployed accurately and efficiently across websites, social media channels, e-commerce platforms, communities, and other digital assets.
• Translate category and brand strategies into engaging consumer-facing content.

Support Digital Media & E-commerce Activation

• Collaborate with Digital Media and E-commerce teams to integrate content and earned media strategies with paid media and commerce initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness of campaign execution across digital channels.

Manage Digital Assets & Platforms

• Oversee the execution of category requirements across digital touchpoints, including websites, social platforms, digital asset libraries, and packaging-related digital content.
• Maintain digital content standards, governance, and quality control processes.

Develop Consumer-Facing Digital Experiences

• Partner with internal and external teams to build and optimize websites, communities, e-commerce pages, promotional pages, and conversion-focused digital assets.
• Ensure timely and high-quality implementation of digital projects.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, platform developments, and emerging digital innovations.
• Apply learnings and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness, engagement, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, digital operations, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of digital content strategy, consumer engagement, social media, and digital ecosystems
• Experience managing websites, content management systems (CMS), and digital assets
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with agencies, digital platform partners, and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Filipino
