The role

BukuPay PH is live. Merchants onboard daily and the product retains once a merchant starts transacting. The gap is scale, getting from zero to one to ten quickly. You own digital growth and commerce: performance, CRM, web, SEO, marketplaces, and livestream. PH marketing is one person deep today, so at the start you carry the whole funnel, awareness through retention. You diagnose the funnel, ship the fix, and carry the number week to week.

BukuPay is a QR Soundbox that confirms every payment out loud, so merchants never check a phone or fall for a fake receipt. In PH it is built for sari-sari stores, food stalls, and market vendors. #NegosyoMadeEasy.

What You'll Own

• Digital growth end to end. Performance marketing and CRM, website and SEO, paid across Meta and Google. You move registrations, CAC, and ROAS.
• Commerce. TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada storefronts, plus livestream selling. You own GMV as a real channel.
• Own the full funnel digital funnel from awareness through retention [awareness, sign-up, delivery, setup, first transaction, repeat] and find where merchants stall.
• The activation and referral loop. Turn new merchants into transacting, repeat ones through onboarding, CRM, and community, until the Communications lead picks up community and UGC.
  
  

• 7-10 years in growth, performance, or e-commerce for a fintech, payments, or transactional product, ideally emerging market. You know the acquisition-to-retention funnel.
• Ran digital performance hands-on and hit CAC, ROAS, and GMV targets, with real before-and-after figures.
• Built e-commerce or livestream commerce on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada, with sales to show for it.
• A 0-to-1 builder. Stood up acquisition from near-zero and found efficient channels on a thin budget.
• Numerate. Turn a revenue target into a registration and activation plan, run experiments, live in a tool like Mixpanel.
• Manila-based, fluent in the local merchant and creator scene, and in Tagalog.
  
  

• CRM and lifecycle depth [retention, repeat, cohorts].
• Hands-on KOL or UGC experience at volume.
• AI-native working style [Claude, n8n]. The team runs lean.
  
  

• You want to own a market's digital growth and commerce end to end.
• You are as comfortable running paid performance as you are building a marketplace storefront.
• You do your best work when there is no playbook yet, and you get your signal from shipping and measuring in the market.
