Job Description
- Serve as the strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Drive profitability improvement, working capital optimisation, and cash flow management.
- Strengthen financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
- Support major capital investments, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead finance transformation, automation, and process improvement programmes.
A Successful Deputy CFO Should Have
- CPA
- 15 years of progressive finance leadership
- Industry experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure
- Proven track record in strategic finance, capital allocation, business partnering, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong exposure to board reporting, treasury, working capital management, and corporate governance.
- Demonstrated success leading large finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
